Engineering Procurement:
1. Collaborate with project teams to define engineering requirements and specifications. 2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment. 3. Conduct cost analysis to optimize procurement processes while maintaining quality standards. 2. Construction Site Management: 1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. 2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. 3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. 3. Quality Control: 1. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. 2. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that may affect the quality and safety of the construction project. 4. Budget Management: 1. Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, providing input on cost estimates and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 2. Track project expenditures and report on budgetary performance regularly. 5. Documentation and Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate project documentation, including engineering drawings, procurement records, and construction site reports. 2. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders. Qualification & Eligibility: 1. Bachelor/Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2. Proven experience in engineering procurement and construction site management, with a minimum of [2-5 years] in a similar role. 3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and industry best practices. 4. Excellent project management and organizational skills. 5.
