Procurement Process Professional

Job description

Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, delivery, and quality.

Maintain accurate and complete records of procurement transactions in the purchasing system.Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes with suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend, supplier performance, and savings.

Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.

Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
