What would you do Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Agile Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
What are we looking for End-to-end Tactical and Strategic Sourcing projects knowledge using appropriate strategies to deliver optimum savings. End to end knowledge and experience in E-Auction, reverse e-auction sourcing process and strategy. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize sourcing opportunities through in-depth spend analysis, market research, and RFP responses (i.e., supplier negotiation, techno—commercial evaluation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution) Stakeholders (internal & external) and Supplier relationship management for value-based negotiations. Contract and/or Business case drafting and appropriate knowledge of frequently used clauses in the Contract (legal agreement) including negotiation with Supplier on Contract T&Cs. Contract life cycle management, including Variations/amendments and closures. Effective written & verbal communication and presentation skills. The resource should also be able to work with the legal and technical teams to facilitate the negotiations of the legal and technical terms in a contract. Passion for continuous self-learning within mining category with minimal supervision. Proven analytical skills in terms of numeric (e.g. spreadsheets) and text based (e.g. reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations to clients. Tool's knowledge e.g., SAP-SD/MM modules, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer. Bachelor's degree or minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement/supply chain management function. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing global Customers, and suppliers. Minimum of 4+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, and/or professional industry experience
