The Procurement Orchestration Specialist plays a critical role in enabling efficient, end-to-end procurement processes by orchestrating workflows, systems, and stakeholders across the source-to-pay lifecycle. This role focuses on optimizing process integration, improving automation, and ensuring seamless collaboration between procurement, business stakeholders, legal, suppliers, and enabling technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on procurement operations experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end procurement orchestration across sourcing, contracting, risk activities, and purchasing processes.
  • Analyze current-state procurement workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and standardization.
  • Partner with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into orchestrated procurement solutions.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards, provide insights and recommendations to improve cycle times, compliance, and user experience.
  • Support change management efforts, including documentation, training materials, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Assist in testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement, of procurement technologies and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and regulatory requirements across orchestrated workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement operations, procurement transformation, or source-to-pay process enablement.
  • Hands-on-experience with procurement systems (e.g., eProcurement, intake-to-procure, or orchestration platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Ariba, Zip).
  • Solid understanding of procurement policies, controls, and end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
