Role Overview
Manage end-to-end procurement for Fire & Security and IBMS projects, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, inventory planning, and timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
Project-based procurement planning and execution
Vendor sourcing, negotiation, PO issuance & tracking
Procurement of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electronic Security & IBMS materials
Quality, compliance, cost optimization & inventory control
Cross-functional coordination with Projects, Design, Sales, Finance & Accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Supply Chain / Business)
MBA / SCM certification preferred
Key Skills
Vendor negotiation & sourcing
Cost & inventory management
ERP, Excel & Word proficiency
Strong coordination & communication
