This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Hyderabad. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract management. The individual will also analyze market trends, assess procurement needs, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies are implemented in alignment with company standards.

• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement best practices
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for decision-making and market assessment
• Ability to manage procurement workflows and develop cost-effective purchasing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
