Procurement Manager

We're scaling our operations team at Remoasset and looking for people who bring energy, ownership, and AI-savvy thinking to everything they do.

Remoasset is a global IT asset procurement and retrieval platform built for remote-first and distributed teams. We handle the full lifecycle of IT hardware — procuring laptops, servers, and peripherals worldwide, tracking them in real time, and enabling secure retrieval no matter where your team is located. From onboarding a new hire in Berlin to recovering a laptop from Mumbai, we make it seamless through one intuitive dashboard.

As a Procurement Specialist Intern, you won't be fetching coffee or sitting through pointless meetings. You'll be doing real, high-impact work from day one — engaging global vendors, managing client requirements, running targeted outreach, and using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

This is a fully paid, fully remote internship offering market standard salary — ideal for students or fresh graduates who are ready to take ownership and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

You're a great fit if you:

• Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working outside a traditional 9-to-5 structure
• Communicate confidently in English with global vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, or similar) as a natural, daily part of how you work — not just occasionally
• Have hands-on experience with lead generation tools like Apollo or Hunter.io
• Are proficient with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Have a sales mindset with sharp deadline awareness and strong follow-through
