Procurement Manager

Quant Solar is a deep-tech company pioneering next-generation climate-resilient energy solutions to accelerate global decarbonization. Addressing the challenges of land scarcity for scalable solar energy, Quant Solar has developed an innovative Floating Solar Photovoltaic (FSPV) architecture. This technology utilizes underutilized water surfaces such as reservoirs, hydroelectric dams, industrial lagoons, and lakes. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in New Delhi. The Procurement Manager will oversee the sourcing process, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials at optimal costs. Responsibilities include contract management, conducting supplier performance analysis, and maintaining procurement records. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with the company's goals.

• Proven expertise in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation
• Strong experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance and optimize purchasing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
