Role Overview - We are seeking an experienced IT & Technology Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor management across the organization's technology ecosystem. The role will be responsible for procuring IT infrastructure, hardware, software licenses, SaaS platforms, telecom services, cloud solutions, and technology-related service contracts while ensuring cost optimization, compliance, and business continuity.

• Laptops and hardware procurement

• Other tech and IT related procurement

Commercial Skills

• Contract negotiation
• Pricing analysis
• TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis
• Vendor benchmarking
• Cost optimization
• Spend management

Key Skills

• Lead commercial negotiations with technology vendors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across technology spend categories.
• Consolidate vendors and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
• Track procurement KPIs and savings realization.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval frameworks.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and IT teams during contract reviews
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, penalties, and renewal clauses.
• Manage supplier performance reviews and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

Procurement Expertise

• Strong experience in IT and technology procurement.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, RFP/RFQ management, and contract negotiations.
• Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with major technology vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
