Jubilant Pharmova Limited (formerly Jubilant Life Sciences Limited) is a company with global presence that is involved in Radiopharma, Allergy Immunotherapy, CDMO Sterile Injectables, Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), Generics and Proprietary Novel Drugs businesses. In the Radiopharma business, the Company is involved in manufacturing and supply of Radiopharmaceuticals with a network of 46 radio-pharmacies in the US. The Company's Allergy Immunotherapy business is involved in the manufacturing and supply of allergic extracts and venom products in the US and in some other markets such as Canada, Europe and Australia. Position Details:

• Organization: Jubilant Generics Limited (Pharma)
• Designation:Manager - Procurement (Pharma)
• Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Job Summary: To lead and manage end‑to‑end procurement of critical raw materials, including APIs, Intermediates and Excipients ensuring uninterrupted supply, cost optimization, regulatory compliance and strong supplier partnerships to support manufacturing and business objectives of Jubilant Generics Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement of APIs, Excipients, Intermediates and packaging materials.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability aligned with production plans and MRP.
• Drive cost optimization through negotiations, alternate sourcing and supplier rationalization.
• Identify, onboard and manage qualified domestic and international suppliers.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, quality and audit requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and rate agreements.
• Track market trends, pricing movements and supply‑side risks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, R&D, Planning, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Support new product launches, tech transfers and capacity expansions.
• Maintain strong governance, documentation and adherence to procurement policies.

Person Profile:

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Tech (Chemical) / MBA (Supply Chain / Operations).
• Experience: 10-15 Years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
• Desired function skills: Strong hands‑on experience in sourcing APIs, excipients and regulated materials with experience working preferably with global suppliers.
• Desired behavioral skills: Excellent negotiation, commercial and analytical skills with an ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and supply disruptions.
• Desired competencies: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with high standards of integrity and compliance orientation.
