Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing, and vendor development initiatives.
• Manage purchase planning, order execution, inventory requirements, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams for seamless procurement.
• Establish and improve procurement processes, SOPs, and controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience in procuring packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods is mandatory.
• Strong experience in vendor management, negotiations, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Industry preference: Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, or related consumer products.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a high-growth/startup environment is preferred.
