Procurement Manager - FMCG

We seek a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager for a D2C brand in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

Procurement

Lead vendor development & relationships. Create alternate vendor pipeline for better quality & cost considerations

Drive timely RM/PM sourcing decisions to ensure on time manufacturing runs

Reduce Cost with strong negotiations as scale of the business multiplies Demand Planning Process

Lead the demand & supply planning (SNOP) process along with GM - Manufacturing & Quality Head to drive clarity for rolling 3 months in terms of demand & supply plans.

Supply

Daily, weekly, monthly despatch co-ordinations for 3PL partners, Market places & all Q-com hubs. To ensure fill rates >98% at all times

Embed technology solutions for easy of tracking & insight creations to streamline the process

Leadership & Systems

Build a small, high-performing team as the business scales to 150 Cr+.

Create and institutionalize SOPs, audit frameworks, and process discipline.

Be a thought partner to the Founder on supply & procurement strategy, speed maximization & cost optimization.

Job Qualifications

57 years of experience in FMCG, Food, or Nutraceutical operations with strong exposure to supply, procurement, vendor management, demand/supply planning processes.

Proven track record of building structured processes in fast-scaling environments.

Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with high ownership and problem-solving bias.

Passion for food, health, and innovation.

Excellent relationship management skills for vendor management

Strong cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, and finance.

Based in Bengaluru or open to relocation.
