Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify suppliers, research market trends, and negotiate favourable contracts and pricing.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance and managing issues.
• Purchasing: Oversee the actual purchase of goods/services, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
• Contract Management: Manage, and enforce purchasing agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Cost & Efficiency: Analyze procurement data to find savings, optimize spending, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, and supplier interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimus 8-13 years of experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of purchasing strategies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Often requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance
