Procurement Manager

1. Role - Manager / Dy.Manager Procurement -Liquid Steriles
2. Location - Pune
3. Desired Experience - Candidates wth 10-16 years experience in handling sourcing for the bioprocess, sterile manufacturing, and WFI (Water for Injection) industries is a must.

KRA's:-

• Responsible for P2P activities of Valves, Pumps, Magnetic Mixers, Agitators, Heat Exchangers, Fabricated Parts,Process Instruments, Sensors, Control Panel, PLC Software development
• Supplier Evaluation and Management
• Strategic Souring
• Cost Control
• Inventory management
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Drive demand planning & forecasting of long-lead items along with PPC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and project management, to understand their procurement needs and provide technical expertise

Candidate Skill sets required :-

1. Knowledge of Production and Processes in bio-process & sterile business
2. Functional & operational knowledge of responsible commodities
3. Knowledge of Taxation, GST, & logistics, quality documentation.
4. Experiences in Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and cost overruns. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Candidates with experience of handling strategic sourcing / procurement for the Bio - Process / Liquid steriles manufacturing industry only will be ideal for this role.
