Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Procurement & Logistics Specialist who can independently manage procurement and logistics-related activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of quickly understanding operational requirements, identifying appropriate vendors or services, and executing procurement and coordination activities efficiently with minimal supervision.

This role requires strong communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and the capability to handle urgent operational requests while ensuring smooth coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Note: This role requires working on a mandatory night shift to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate global vendor sourcing and service procurement based on project or operational needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate with vendors worldwide to obtain services, pricing, and availability.
  • Manage procurement activities, including vendor coordination, quotation collection, and service confirmations.

Logistics & Travel Coordination

  • Arrange operational logistics such as hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and other travel-related services when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal project managers and senior stakeholders to understand operational requirements and timelines.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication regarding procurement and logistics activities.

Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Operational Execution

  • Ensure timely coordination, follow-ups, and completion of procurement and logistics activities.
  • Maintain professional communication while managing internal pressure and operational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, or operations.
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and global vendor management is an advantage.
