Procurement Lead (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Pune

Experience: 5–10 years

Full-time | Office-based

We're looking for a Procurement Lead who knows how to buy better, faster, cheaper — and with less risk.

This role will own procurement across our consumer brands, with a strong focus on vendor management, commercial negotiations, packaging, finished goods, PO execution and procurement planning.

You'll be working closely with NPD, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, Brand, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Operations to make sure the right product reaches the right place at the right time — without stockouts or unnecessary inventory.

What we're looking for:

• 5–10 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase

• Strong experience in consumer products, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Grooming, Packaging, D2C or E-commerce

• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills

• Experience with finished goods + packaging procurement

• Strong understanding of MOQ, lead times, costing, inventory and working capital

• Someone who is hands-on, commercially sharp and relentless with follow-ups

• Pune-based / office-based

The kind of person we're looking for:

Someone who can proactively tell us which vendor is delayed, which PO can cause a stockout, where costs can be reduced, which vendor needs escalation, and where we need an alternate source.
