Hiring: Sourcing Intern | Izzhaar

Izzhaar is looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcing Intern to assist with vendor discovery, product sourcing and procurement coordination.

*Required Skills*

* Supplier and vendor sourcing skills.

* Interest in product research and market discovery.

* Basic knowledge of materials, trims, accessories and core product components.

* Good communication, research and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in Excel and maintaining vendor databases.

* Ability to compare quotations, quality, lead times and pricing.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Identify and shortlist suppliers and vendors for required products and materials.

* Research products, materials, trims, accessories and alternative sourcing options.

* Obtain quotations, samples, pricing details and delivery timelines.

* Compare vendor quotations based on cost, quality and lead time.

* Maintain an updated supplier database and sourcing tracker.

* Coordinate with production and costing teams to meet sourcing requirements.

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*

* Target: 15–20 relevant vendor leads identified per week.

* Target: 5–8 vendor quotations collected per week, depending on requirements.

* Accuracy and completeness of vendor records and quotation comparisons.

* Timely follow-up on samples, pricing and delivery schedules.

* Identification of competitive sourcing options that meet quality standards.

*Eligibility:* Candidates with an interest in sourcing, procurement, merchandising or product research are encouraged to apply.
