This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Head – Solar (Ground Mounted) based in Raipur. The role includes overseeing supplier management and evaluation, managing the purchasing and procurement processes for solar ground-mounted projects, and leading contract negotiations with suppliers. The Procurement Head will ensure cost-effective procurement strategies, maintain strong supplier relationships, and streamline supply chain operations to support project execution and delivery. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, reporting to senior management, and strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Strong expertise in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for procurements.
• Hands-on experience in Purchasing and Procurement, with a focus on large-scale solar (ground-mounted) projects.
• Solid organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations in the solar energy sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Previous experience as a Procurement Head, Manager, or similar role within the renewable energy sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
