Procurement Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT and digital transformation projects.
• Prepare procurement plans, RFPs, bid documents, and evaluation frameworks.
• Support transaction advisory and bid management activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, consultants, and vendors.
• Facilitate vendor selection, contract negotiation, and project onboarding.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of public procurement frameworks and tendering processes.
• Experience in Smart Cities, ICT infrastructure, digital governance, and technology-led projects.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale government or public-sector projects.
