Procurement Executive (RVSF)

Job Purpose:

On-ground vehicle sourcing across assigned territory; generate leads and convert to confirmed purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily vehicle procurement through assigned channels — New car dealer, used-car dealers, aggregators, Retail leads

• Negotiate purchase price; evaluate vehicle condition against standard pre-buy checklist before confirming purchase

• Participate in auction events; assess lots and bid within approved price bands

• Develop new channel of procurement

• Maintain procurement tracker — vehicle-wise: source, purchase price, condition, expected realization value

• Liaise with logistics team for timely vehicle pickup after purchase

• Ensure all purchase documents are collected and filed

• Report daily purchase count vs target and channel-wise pipeline to Procurement Manager
