Procurement Executive

JD for – Procurement Executive –

Develop and implement procurement strategies for the company.

Should have experience in procuring – Solar Panels, Inverters, structures, Earthing Systems, Walkway, Cable tray,Cables, Other BOS Materials

Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts and establish business relationships

. Manage and monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Forecast procurement needs and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Manage inventory levels and track materials and equipment usage.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
