Procurement Executive - MRO & Services, Meghalaya

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for goods and services ,Ariba , e-auction .

2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including departments teams, to understand their procurement requirements and ensure alignment.

4. Manage the requisition to contract award, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and contract administration.

5. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms, including delivery schedules, quality standards, and pricing.

6. Resolve procurement-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner, escalating as needed to ensure resolution.

7. Maintain accurate records of Auction, contracts, pricing agreements, and procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

8. Knowledge of MS PPT / Excel / SAP MM Module OLA , SAP Ariba.
