Purpose of the Job

Manage procurement systems and tools, develop and optimize procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and track progress. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements and resolve issues. Creating supporting documents for the standard processes (SOP) and training materials for end users (QRC).

About the job (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage, maintain, and administer procurement systems and tools to ensure reliability, data integrity, and user accessibility.
• Design, document, and optimize procurement workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure procurement processes and systems comply with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to track procurement-related KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyse procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.
• Monitor and report on progress against key procurement initiatives and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement system enhancements or new functionalities.
• Troubleshoot procurement system issues and coordinate timely resolution with IT and relevant stakeholders.
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and guidance on procurement systems, tools, and workflows.
• Participate in or lead projects related to procurement digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in procure to pay, and project management.
• Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization and system management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Openminded/Curios to find improvements outside existing Procurement processes/systems.
• Experience with Ariba, Coupa, Celonis, Power BI, Sievo, Signavio, Arkieva.
• Mindset of Thinking outside the box mentality.
• Competitive in the sense of improvement and efficiency within process and systems.
