Procurement Engineer – Automotive

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with experience in the automotive service/repair industry.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical: 2–3 years of experience
• Diploma – Mechanical: 3–4 years of experience
• Experience in automotive procurement/service operations
• Knowledge of service advice, warranty claims, replacement parts identification and changing, and vehicle repair/service coordination
• Candidates from Cars24, Spinny, or similar automotive companies will be preferred, but candidates from other relevant automotive companies can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of automotive spare parts and replacement components
• Identify required parts based on vehicle repair/service requirements
• Coordinate with service/workshop teams for parts requirements
• Handle vendor coordination, quotations, availability and pricing
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts to avoid service delays
• Coordinate warranty claims and related documentation
• Track purchase orders, deliveries and material requirements
• Support vehicle repair and service coordination
• Maintain procurement and service-related records and reports
