Job Purpose:
The role responsible for Procurement of materials and services for Roof top/ large solar projects
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of materials from various sources as per the project requirement
- Handling imported consignments , Custom clearances , handing CHA , Documentation related to customs clearance
- Installation Contractor management – finalization of contractors for the project site activity
- Coordination with engineering team and vendors for optimizing the cost
- Coordination with planning , site for the timely delivery of materials to the site
- Vendor assessment , approval and follow up for the timely delivery
- New vendor development
- MIS
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Expertise in MS office package , ERP package
- MIS preparation
- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – English and Hindi
Key Qualifications
Education: BE Electrical /Mechanical
Experience: 56 years total work experience in procurement
Preferred companies: solar epc companies (preferred) / any other industry
