Urgently requirement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Quality Analyst/Quality Check Engineer from Gas & Fuel Industry Experienced.
Job responsibilities
Receiving the Stock Material requests from Stores and scrutinizing the requirement.
Checking the existing stock and reserving for the projects.
Procurement of all Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment & Spares from International Market and from domestic market
Receiving the quotations and compiling the prices.
Negotiating with the vendors & finalizing the Orders.
Issuing the PO's to vendors. Raising the Advance requests if the payment terms are advance and submitting to finance department.
Follow Up with the Vendors for timely delivery.
Arranging the Freight Forwarders for getting the material pertaining to International Orders.
Coordinating with finance for timely release of payments and also coordinating with stores for necessary required documents and also for raising the stores request.
Coordinating the Project team for emergency material purchase.
Coordinating with estimation department for getting quotations from vendors.
Getting the approvals from Ministry of environmental department for specialty Gases Imports.
Purchasing the materials on an urgent basis to support the maintenance department.
Maintain the minimum stock of regular materials which are fast moving.
Coordinating the vendors for the replacement of faulty materials.
To be able to look after the department in the absence of the Procurement Manager and coordinate with the rest of the Procurement team as well as Store team.

To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report on the matter concerned in case of any non-compliance of the above standards noticed.
The Employee is required to perform other duties always associated with the position.
