Job Summary
More about the role
- Acts as leader of the Digitalization Procurement Service function, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, complex system solutions, and local delivery priorities.
- Takes accountability for operational performance, execution of improvement initiatives, and coordination with global stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT.
- Responsible for local people leadership, delivery of defined KPIs and projects, and translating global strategy into effective execution and continuous improvement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Evaluates procurement processes to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support problem solving by handling user queries.
- Implement necessary process changes in partnership with other experts and stakeholders.
- Perform data analytics to enable continuous improvement.
- Provide management information.
- Recognize improvement opportunities and act upon them.
- Work according to defined standards.
- Challenge solutions and unrewarded complexity as expert in the assigned domain (subject matter expert).
- Collaborate in transformation projects to provide expert support.
- Monitor and report relevant process performance metrics & KPI's in accordance with the business requirements for assigned domain of expertise.
- Create simple and meaningful customer experience through relevant Procurement solutions and related support.
- Clarify impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions.
- Facilitate learning, provide process training (competency development) and prepares end user documentation.
Critical Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on process evaluation and improvement.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification is highly recommended.
