Job Description Supply Chain Finance

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Finance Executive with 13 years of experience to support procurement and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and coordinating with the procurement team for approvals and financial validation.
Key Responsibilities
Review RM/PM material planning generated through Bill of Material (BOM) explosion and approve Purchase Orders (POs) raised by the Procurement team
Coordinate with Procurement to understand requirements before PO approvals of NPD, Stock transfers, etc.
Manage and track Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Ensure accuracy of financial data related to supply chain transactions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare reports and MIS using Advanced Excel.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
13 years of experience in Supply chain Planning, Procurement planning, SC finance or related domain.
Hands-on experience in handling Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial approvals.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, etc.).
Good analytical and communication skills.
Hands-on experience working on SAP.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
