POSITION OVERVIEW:
Overview As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting EOS's global service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes for various projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components
- Register and manage bids with vendors
- Prepare detailed quotes using Sage X3
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of pricing and client communications
- Collaborate with Account Management and Finance teams for invoicing
- Represent the Procurement team in client meetings Requirements
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Experience with procurement or account management software
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience with Sage X3, and Jira
- Understanding of hardware/service resale dynamics
