Job Summary

This role combines procurement operations, data support, and procurement technology enablement, with a focus on Oracle Cloud/Fusion and Omnea. The specialist will partner closely with Procurement, IT, and Data teams to manage supplier and contract data, own and administer Omnea, and design workflows, reports, and dashboards that support intake-to-pay processes, compliance, and decision-making.

The role requires strong hands-on capability in workflow configuration, data integrity, reporting, and process optimization, along with the ability to run mini projects, support system testing, and develop SOPs.

Job Requirements

Procurement Operations & Data Support

  • Manage supplier onboarding, contracts, and negotiations within Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
  • Provide ongoing data support and governance, ensuring accuracy across supplier, banking, and contract data.
  • Support IT Storefront and procurement operations teams on data-related tasks.
  • Oversee Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and maintain the local catalog within Oracle Fusion.
  • Troubleshoot procurement and supplier data issues across systems.

Omnea Platform Ownership & Enablement

  • Act as the functional owner/admin for Omnea, supporting intake, sourcing, contracting, and third-party risk workflows.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Omnea workflows including approval flows, intake forms, SLAs, and exception handling.
  • Manage Omnea data structures and configurations to align with procurement and compliance requirements.
  • Support data migration, data quality checks, and ongoing data maintenance within Omnea.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Omnea solutions.

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track intake volumes, cycle times, supplier onboarding, compliance, and KPIs.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and usability for senior stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and management reporting needs.

Projects, Testing & Process Excellence

  • Run mini projects independently, including process transitions and enhancements.
  • Participate in Oracle and Omnea system testing.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support training and enablement initiatives outside of PMO-led training

Education

Required Skills & Experience

  • 58 years of experience in procurement operations, data support, or procurement systems roles.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion Procurement.
  • Experience managing or configuring Omnea or similar procurement intake/workflow tools.
  • Experience in workflow design, process automation, and reporting/dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in high-transaction operational environments preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Standard working hours: 2:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m. IST (flexibility required).
