Job Description

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant procurement operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or equivalent preferred
  • Strong SAP experience with hands-on transaction processing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in Shared Services / BPO / GBS environment.

Preferred

  • SAP Ariba experience.
  • Experience managing SLA/KPI-driven operations.
  • Process improvement and automation exposure.
  • Knowledge of procurement controls and governance.
