About the Role

We are hiring a driven and detail-oriented Procurement & Vendor Management Executive to join our operations team at Interazzo Decor & Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. — a premium interior decor and furnishing brand operating across Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role suited for someone who takes ownership of procurement end-to-end, works well under pressure, and brings discipline and initiative to everything they do. Key Responsibilities

•     Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, products, and services as per project and operational requirements

•     Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships and manage performance

•     Raise Purchase Inquiries (PI) and manage Purchase Orders (PO) with complete and accurate documentation

•     Coordinate with the supply chain to track dispatches, manage delivery timelines, and ensure FIFO stock flow

•     Actively source new vendors, alternate suppliers, and emerging product categories to strengthen the supply base

•     Liaise with internal teams — design, execution, and operations — to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules

•     Maintain accurate procurement MIS, team reports, and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets

•     Draft vendor communications, quotation follow-ups, and internal procurement correspondence professionally

•     Support the Operations Manager with daily reporting, team coordination tasks, and escalation handling

What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualification:

•     Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred)

•     MBA or pursuing MBA is an added advantage

Experience:

•     1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations

•     Prior experience in interior decor, construction, or furnishing industry is preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills:

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, FILTER formulas, attendance and procurement tracking

•     Working knowledge of Google Sheets — live data management, IMPORTRANGE, shared reporting

•     Hands-on experience with PI/PO cycles, vendor documentation, and purchase records

•     Comfortable drafting formal emails and vendor/client communication in English
