Job Description

TheRegionalProcurement&SupplyChainManagerwillleadprocurement,vendormanagement,andsupplychainoperations,ensuringseamlesscoordinationbetweendesign,project,finance,andsiteteams.Therolefocusesonstrategicsourcing,vendorempanelment,ratecontracts,andcostoptimizationtoachieveoperationalexcellenceandsupportbusinesscontinuityacrossmultiplecategoriessuchasinteriors,MEP,acoustics,lighting,furniture,andsystemintegrations.

KeyResponsibilities:

ProcurementManagement:

  • OverseeprocurementforcategoriesincludingC&Isubcontracting,systemfurniture,carpets,chairs,loosefurniture,blinds,ceilings,glazedpartitions,sanitaryware,greenwalls,graphics&signage,MEP,acoustics,lighting,andBIM/consultantservices.
  • Manageend-to-endprocurementcyclesfromtendering,bidevaluation,andnegotiationstopurchaseorder(PO)issuanceandcontractclosure.
  • FloatonlinetendersonPROCOLandorganizepre-tenderandpre-bidmeetings.
  • Conductopen-bookandlump-sumnegotiations,preparecomparativestatements(CS),andproviderecommendationsformanagementapproval.
  • CreateandmaintainBOQ/PR/POdocumentationandensuretimelyapprovals.
  • DevelopandfinalizeratecontractswithconsultantsandsuppliersacrossmultipledomainssuchasMEP,lighting,acoustics,IoT,andkitchenservices.

VendorManagement:

  • Maintainandcontinuouslyreviewastrategicvendorbasetoensurequality,reliability,andcompetitiveness.
  • Drivecontinuousempanelmentandre-evaluationofcontractorsandsuppliers.
  • Establishsuppliermanagementproceduresandpoliciestostandardizeprocurementpractices.
  • Setupforumswithinternalstakeholderstoleveragevendorinnovationandenhancesuppliercapabilities.
  • Anchorvendorcapacitymappingtomeetevolvingprojectdemandsandensurebusinesscontinuity.

ProjectrelatedCoordination:

  • Performproductionrequirementplanning(PRP)andschedulingforprojectstoensuretimelymaterialavailability.
  • AlignwithProjectoperationsandsupplierstooptimizeinventoryholdingsandprojectcompletiontimelines.
  • Customizebillsofmaterial(BOM)forClosureofAdditionalItemsinvolvedduringprojectexecutionphase.
  • GenerateProjectTracker,MISreports,&VendorPaymentbacklogstatements,tosupportdecision-making.

  • Efficientvendormanagementandtimelymaterialdelivery.

Qualifications&Experience:

  • Graduate/PostgraduateinSupplyChainManagement,Engineering,orBusinessAdministration.
  • 815yearsofexperienceinprocurement,vendordevelopment,andsupplychainmanagement,preferablyininteriorfit-out,furniture,orconstructiondomains.
  • StrongknowledgeofSAP,eProcurementplatforms,andERPsystems.
  • Provenexperienceinvendornegotiations,ratefinalizations,andmanagingmulti-categorysourcingportfolios.
  • Excellentanalytical,communication,andcross-functionalcoordinationskills.
