As the P2P Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust governance framework across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within ABB Robotics. This role ensures policy adherence, manages exceptions, mitigates supply risks, and drives compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, including J-SOX and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) controls.
You will report directly to the Head of P2P Process Excellence & Digital Transformation (PEDT) and collaborate with global procurement, finance, internal controls, internal audit, and risk management teams.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid
The preferred location for the role is Sweden, Poland or India.
Responsibilities
Governance Framework Ownership: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve P2P governance documentation, including policies, standards, and process controls
Policy Exception Management: Lead the review, approval, and tracking of P2P policy exceptions, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk appetite
Supply Risk Management: Design and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate supplier-related risks across the P2P lifecycle
Process Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with global P2P processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
Internal Controls & Assurance: Ensure P2P systems and processes support strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including J-SOX
ABAC Controls: Implement and monitor Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption controls within P2P processes, ensuring ethical sourcing and procurement practices
Stakeholder Engagement, Training & Change Management: Partner with global and regional teams to embed governance and compliance into operational practices, lead change management initiatives, and deliver training programs to promote understanding and adoption of P2P policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
Your background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, compliance, or risk management
At least 5 years in a leadership capacity, managing cross-functional teams or programs
Strong knowledge of P2P processes, governance frameworks, and internal control systems
Familiarity with J-SOX and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance standards
Experience with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4 Hana), SAP Ariba, and risk management tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Certifications in risk, compliance, or internal audit (e.g., CRMA, CISA, CISM, PMP)
