We are hiring a Processing Manager for an upcoming Bio-Mining project. This is a site-focused role for someone who has hands-on experience managing processing operations and enjoys working closely with plant teams.

Hiring Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Role Overview

The Processing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day plant operations involving biological and thermal processing systems. The role requires close coordination with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure smooth, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of bio-reactors, rotary kilns, and utility systems
• Monitor process parameters to achieve the targeted recovery and output
• Improve plant performance by reducing downtime and optimizing costs
• Supervise pilot trials and support scale-up to regular production
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of plant equipment
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and technical partners
• Share regular reports on production, recovery, and plant performance
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing / Metallurgy / Biotechnology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining, industrial processing, or waste management
• Experience in commissioning, pilot plants, or continuous operations preferred
• Basic understanding of process engineering concepts
• Strong site coordination and team management skills
