We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers for an International Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via voice calls

Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards
Follow company policies and process guidelines

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
