Experienc

• eMinimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment
• .Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes
• .Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following
• :Fraud Operation
• sCredit Card Service
• sFraud Prevention & Detectio
• nChargebacks & Dispute
• sRisk & Compliance Operation
• sPayment Processing Operation

Key Responsibilitie

• sDeliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs
• .Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions
• .Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives
• .Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners

Additional Requirement (1 Position

)

One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including

• :Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations and Mastercard processes
• .Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids
• .Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules
• .Managing content governance and version control
• .Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments
