Process Trainer Sr Manager- Training | US Travel Process

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 6+ Years in International BPO | 2-4 yrs/Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver NHA, nesting, refresher & upskilling training.

Train teams on Travel processes and marketplace policies.

Conduct TNA, assessments, mock sessions and performance coaching.

Collaborate with QA & Operations to improve process metrics.

Maintain training reports, trackers and batch performance.

Requirements:

Strong US Voice process knowledge

Excellent English communication

Experience with LMS/CRM & MS Excel

Knowledge of ADDIE/Kirkpatrick is an advantage
