Job Profile – Sales & Process Trainer / Full Time / Permanent / Work From Office
Package – 4.00 Lacs to 5.05 Lacs per annum (In Hand)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Prepare Training Module to conduct the training, Such as Product & Process Training, Soft Skills
- Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training and Induction & Etc.
- Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance.
- Support floor training initiatives, and intermittently assist in design and development of training material.
- Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development.
- Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve. Ensure advisors are skilled & knowledgeable to handle customer interactions.
- Coach advisors on improving products and processes, Create learning solutions, and customize training delivery. Provide Financial Market Training—Forex and Comex. Conduct OJT and refresher Training.
- Organize JKQ & Complete Certification Process.
- Conduct Session on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.
