Role Description
- Deliver process and product training to Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Provide training on prescription reading and diagnostics test understanding.
- Conduct mock call sessions and evaluate call quality.
- Train new hires on OJT (On-the-Job Training) certification processes.
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and training modules.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure trainees meet quality and process standards.
- Support continuous learning and skill enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the diagnostics industry.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and healthcare processes.
- Experience in training Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Good understanding of prescription interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct mock calls and performance evaluations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process training or L&D role.
- Certification in training or customer handling (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
