Job Overview
Policybazaar is looking for a Process Trainer responsible for delivering training programs for new hires and existing employees. The role involves conducting product training, sales training, and skill development sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on product knowledge, sales process, and internal systems
- Deliver training on selling skills, retention techniques, objection handling, and soft skills
- Identify training needs and conduct refresher training programs
- Participate in monthly calibrations and product launches
- Audit calls and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance
- Evaluate trainee performance and prepare training scorecards
- Maintain records of training sessions, feedback, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate training schedules and develop training materials
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a training role (Sales / Process Training preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sales training, product training, and employee development
- Ability to coach and mentor employees to improve productivity
- Ability to monitor performance and provide feedback
- Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
