Job Summary

Responsible for training and standardizing processes across multiple locations to enhance

operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance in an e-commerce gifting

company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training for new hires & existing teams on processes, product handling (gifts,

plants, flowers, cakes), and customer service.

Ensure SOP adherence, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Audit processes, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.

Collaborate with Operations seamless execution.

Track training effectiveness and maintain performance reports.

Requirements

2-5 years of training experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.

Strong communication, process improvement, and analytical skills.

Experience in digital learning tools & virtual training platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel frequently.
