Job Description

Job Title: Senior Trainer – Operations & Process Excellence

Department: Learning & Development.

Location: Noida

Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and delivery-focused Senior Trainer to manage high-volume training programs and drive SOP adherence and process excellence across operations.

The role requires strong expertise in training delivery, process training, data-driven performance improvement, and new process rollouts in compliance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

  • Conduct high-volume training batches (classroom & virtual) on a regular basis.
  • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and process training programs
  • Ensure high engagement and learning effectiveness across batches

2. SOP Adherence & Process Training

  • Ensure training content is aligned with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive process adherence and compliance across teams
  • Conduct refresher sessions to minimize process deviations

3. Process Rollouts & Change Management

  • Lead training initiatives for new process implementations
  • Support change management and ensure smooth adoption
  • Collaborate with operations teams for seamless rollout

4. Data Analysis & Training Effectiveness

  • Track training effectiveness using business metrics (TAT, Quality, Defects, Productivity)
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend interventions

6. Stakeholder & LMS Management

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Manage LMS updates, tracking, and reporting
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong training delivery & facilitation skills
  • Experience in handling large number of training batches
  • Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in LMS tools

Preferred Industry Experience:

  • Insurance Industry (Claims, Fraud, Operations, Underwriting)
  • Supply Chain / E-commerce / Logistics Operations

Candidates with experience in compliance-heavy, process-driven environments will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
