About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning & Development Trainerto support employee training and skill development initiatives. The candidate will assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering training sessions (online and offline)
  • Support the creation of training materials such as presentations, manuals, and activities
  • Conduct basic training sessions under supervision
  • Monitor trainee progress and collect feedback
  • Maintain training records and reports
  • Coordinate with different departments to identify training needs
  • Stay updated with latest learning trends and tools

Required Skill

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of training and development concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
