Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with strong expertise in US Healthcare End-to-End RCM (Hospital Billing) to drive new hire and refresher training programs, enhance process knowledge, and support business performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and Experienced-level training on US Healthcare (E2E RCM).
- Deliver comprehensive training on Hospital Billing, AR follow-up, and Denial Management.
- Facilitate refresher sessions based on TNI/TNA findings.
- Develop and enhance training materials (PPTs, Plotters, SOPs, DOU, etc.).
- Maintain training dashboards, reports, and performance data.
- Identify training gaps and implement corrective learning interventions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transition during pilot or new process implementations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Hospital Billing (US Healthcare RCM).
- Currently designated as Line Trainer / Sr. Associate / Associate / SME / Team Coach.
- Strong domain expertise in AR and Hospital Billing.
