Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Trainer (AR Calling) role based in Puducherry. The Process Trainer will be responsible for delivering new hire and ongoing process training for Accounts Receivable (AR) calling teams, ensuring team members understand payer guidelines, workflows, and performance expectations. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and floor trainings, preparing and updating training materials, and assessing trainee performance through quizzes, call evaluations, and feedback sessions. The trainer will regularly perform training needs analysis, identify skill and knowledge gaps, and collaborate with operations and quality teams to design targeted training interventions. The role also involves maintaining training reports, supporting process updates and refreshers, and helping drive continuous improvement in call quality, productivity, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in Training Needs Analysis and designing training interventions based on performance data and process requirements.
  • Hands-on experience delivering New Hire Training, including onboarding, process training, and transition to production support.
  • Strong Presentation Skills and facilitation capabilities for both classroom and on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to interpret metrics, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify trends in AR calling performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written English, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Prior experience in US healthcare RCM, specifically AR calling or collections, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing terminology, payer guidelines, and common denial/appeal processes is an advantage.
  • Comfort with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and basic learning tools for creating training content and reports.
  • Ability to work on-site in Puducherry, manage multiple training batches, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
