Support investigation of process defects using Issue Tracking Reports and 8D methodology, contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Immediate corrective actions or escalate major issue to SME.
Decide on immediate actions for performance deviations.
Recommend CAPA and verify effectiveness.
Education
Diploma Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education
