Job Title: Admin Executive (Data Management & Excel)

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive person to join our growing mortgage brokerage support team.
This role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, coordination, multitasking, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mortgage file handling and back-office support
* Assisting in file submissions and lender coordination
* Managing follow-up reminders and task tracking
* Calendar management and meeting scheduling
* Email handling and communication support
* Follow-up calling with leads, clients, lenders, and agents
* Supporting day-to-day operational and admin activities
* Assisting team members with coordination and execution tasks
Required Skills:
* Good English communication (spoken & written)
* Confident and polite on phone calls
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities
* Fast learner and willing to take ownership
* Knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, AI Tools, Cloud Storage, emails, and CRM systems preferred
