Summary:
The Cash Management Process Specialist is part of the Cash Management team responsible for executing and monitoring daily cash management operations, including bank account management, in-house banking, intercompany transactions, and liquidity forecasting. This position support analyst and senior analyst
Responsibilities:
Daily Cash Positioning & Forecasting -Reconcile daily cash positions across selected bank accounts and consolidate cash flow inputs for liquidity forecasts.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Forecasting -Provide information to support cash flow forecasts by analysing transactions and planned activities. Perform variance analysis and explain discrepancies for selected accounts.
Bank Account & In-House Bank Management -Manage daily bank account activities and ensure bank account are accurately mapped in SAP.
Payments and Netting -Execute internal payments, netting transactions, and intercompany settlements in compliance with company procedures.
Analysis, Reconciliation & Reporting - Record and reconcile monthly bank fee statements, ensuring alignment with agreements and policies, and seek support to explain unusual transactions.
Controls & Compliance -Adhere to control requirements, documentation standards, and company policies. Maintain organized documentation for audits and contribute to improving internal controls over financial reporting.
