Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a ( Cash App) Process Specialist. The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include providing customer service support, facilitating communication across departments, and conducting training sessions aimed at optimizing team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Business Process Improvement techniques Cash App ( 3 Years )
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Customer Service expertise to address client needs and maintain high service standards
• Capability to train and mentor staff to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools
